[The video feed displays a newly evolved Arbok slithering in the snow on Route 34, just outside Goldenrod City. The camera is a bit shaky since the Commander’s hands are unsteady due to it still being really cold outside. However, despite the weather he sounds ecstatic. ]

Due to the recent weather in Johto, I would like to inform all of you that Team Rocket does not have the manpower or the resources to rescue any of you from any unfortunate accidents you may have in the snow. It would be quite the tragedy if we were to lose some of our more valuable members. Of course, if you’re familiar with camouflage, the snow has its advantages. And remember to keep communication between your fellow Grunts private! Leaking sensitive information will no longer be tolerated!
