[For those who are watching and have been to Cinnabar Island, the subject of Cobra's video is that construction site that's been constructing ever since Kanto became available all those years ago. ...or before that who knows? For those who've never been there, it's a construction site in a mysterious location. Which appears to be closed for the day.]

When we last ssssspoke like this, I demonstrated my latest innovation for all of you.

[...yup, he sure is pretending the tantrum that happened in between this and that didn't happen.]

And I believe I mentioned that the finished product would be far more devastating. Fortunately for you all, that day has not yet come.

[Soon though, at the rate this is going.]

Sssso today, I've arranged a second demonstration of Project M.E.T.A.L. for your viewing pleasure. So without further delay, fire!

[And from off camera, there's a barrage of Zap Cannons that...sort of whites out the view for a moment. When the feed resumes with an amazing shot of the ground, Cobra picks the camera back up to show...well, some of that construction equipment's definitely wrecked. There's a decent sized gouge in the ground where one of the blasts went off target, and who knows where some of the other ones went. Curse that 50% accuracy.]

I believe that was should be considered far more impressive than merely knocking down a wall as some of you put it before. And jussst remember! The worst is yet to come!

[Hey everybody, it's Cobra Commander on the feed again. Probably about to start rambling about that news broadcast again. Or not, since the subject of his broadcast today is something else entirely.]

I would just like to ssssay before I am falsely accused of anything else, that I have absolutely nothing to do with the bizarre weather today!

[Because seriously, why is there a snowstorm in June? What on earth is going on here?][Which should be pretty obvious to anyone who was around for the day Cobra Commander rampaged in Pallet Town with Pokemon using weather attacks...and got arrested for.]

Ssssso any attempts to pin thissss on me will be met with ssswift and effective retaliation! So don't even think about it!

[And with that done, he's going to go back to figuring out what to do about that news broadcast a few weeks ago.]

[Today’s the 8th. That means another video (or three) from Cobra. He’s standing next to a building in Pallet Town wearing what appears to be a winter coat despite the fact that it’s May. And he doesn’t seem to be very happy about his demands being met.]

I had thought that the threat of complete annihilation would be enough to get what I want. Apparently, I was wrong. Apparently mere words are not enough to convince you all to make the right decisions even when those words come from someone such as myself. Sssso since I failed to convince you with words, you now leave me no choice but to offer a demonstration of what I’m capable of.

[And with that, Cobra produces a small remote from his pocket and pushes a button.]

Keep an eye on your PokéGears. Ssssoon you shall have proof that my threats were far from empty!

[About fifteen minutes after the first broadcast ends, there’s a second video from Cobra. Same location as before, but there appears to be some sort of freak storm going on. Hail, lightning, high winds, and even some snow. Cobra’s keeping his Pokémon off screen and separated in order to make it look as natural as possible. Or well as natural as a freak ice storm in early May can be.

And the whole time this is going on, Cobra’s cackling like an idiot again. Unfortunately, this goes on for quite a while before he cuts the feed.]

[Tired of Cobra yet? Yes? Too bad. There’s a third video sometime later, showing the aftermath of the storm. Nothing’s leveled or anything like that, but the Pokémon equivalent of Home Depot is probably going to be pretty busy over the next couple weeks or so.]

[Okay, hang on, there’s something off screen taking up most of Cobra’s attention.]

Under arrest? Is thissss some sort of joke? You dare arrest me?

[After several minutes of arguing and trying to threaten his way out of this, Cobra’s finally handcuffed.]

You can’t do thissss to me! You’ll pay for thissss! I have rights! I want a lawyer! You’ll pay for thisss!

[And with that, Cobra’s final video for the day comes to a close.]

[For anyone wandering the halls of the Rocket bases, lots of yelling and scraping can be heard through the door of the Commander’s room.]

Over there! No! A little more to the left! Perfect! That’s perfect! Skull Buster, leave it there!

[When his gear begins broadcasting, it shows the Commander sitting in this chair with the care package in a box on his lap.]

People of the world! Are you enjoying your Christmassss? Enjoy it while you still can!

[Then the laughter starts. It stops soon enough though.]

I demand to know the name of the person responsible for thisss gift! It is abssssolutely exquissssite! Just like the one back home on Cobra Island! Tell me now!

[That's it. Wait, no there's something else he wants to mention.]

Oh, and one last thing, to those of you who received my…gifts, I hope you enjoyed them!

[And more maniacal laughter to close his broadcast.]

{OOC: Yup, instead of something nice and easy to carry around Johto, he gets a giant Cobra throne which poor Machoke will have to carry everywhere.}

[Hey Johto? See those blue lasers flying across New Bark Town? Hear Cobra Commander’s maniacal laughter? Someone’s really happy about Johto playing tricks on him for once. Especially since they gave him back a standard issue MARS Industries laser rifle this time.]

Ahahahahaha! This is wonderful! Wonderful!

[More shooting. He’s murdering the poor defenseless New Bark Town sign. This is clearly the first step in conquering Johto: killing signs. ]

{OOC: His aim is just as bad as everyone’s in his canon, so any laser fire will fly harmlessly over people’s heads.}

[For once the feed isn’t focused on the Commander at all. Instead he has it turned toward the Goldenrod City Gym, which is currently sporting a relatively solid layer of ice over its doors.]

Excellent work Ice-Viper! Now they’ll never escape! Never!

[After some evil laughter, the Commander turns the camera towards his face.]

Johto! Consider this the first example of what my forces can do! And trust me, there will be others! Don’t even think about trying to capture me either or I’ll deal with you too!

[The feed clicks off after the final threat. He doesn’t want anyone to see where he’s going next.]

{OOC: Since he's trying his hardest to get away with this, the Commander also had Spikes scattered north of Goldenrod to try and discourage anyone from following. Which, like everything else he does in Johto, should be nothing more than a minor inconvenience.

[The video feed displays a newly evolved Arbok slithering in the snow on Route 34, just outside Goldenrod City. The camera is a bit shaky since the Commander’s hands are unsteady due to it still being really cold outside. However, despite the weather he sounds ecstatic. ]
