Yessss, that's the one. He was in the area on the day of my attack and as I later learned, not ordered to be there by the ones working on it. At firsssst, I thought there was a possibility that he was acting on orders to...dissscourage my outside interests, but given my recent advancement, that cannot be the case.

Sssso the only remaining possibilities are that he chose to act on his own, or because ssssomeone else told him to.
