[Private Texts]
I demand to know what progress you’ve made on producing the items I requested. Report in as soon as you get this message. I have further instructions for both of you if you are finished.
[With that taken care of, the following message is sent out on the public network, in text of course, since Cobra Commander is still of the opinion that no one knows who he is if he sticks to text.]
I have a question for all of Johto. If someone asked you to pick your favorite place in all of Johto, where would it be?
{OOC: Private texts are related to this. Throwing out the link again in case anyone else is interested in participating.}
[Private Audio] tl;dr incoming
Now then, thissss is how things are going to work. Three days from now, on the 16th, you and Kimblee need to get to the roof of the Department Store. There you'll find two boxes hidden behind the vending machines. One for you, and one from him. Inside, you'll find a business card, a toolkit, and your payment. Remove the contents of the box, insert the mailbomb and the remote and put the box back behind the machine. I will persssonally see to that end of the operation.
Your cover, as stated on the cards, will be authorized slot machine repairmen. You're entering the game corner to repair a damaged slot machine that some careless fool busted the day before. This fool, fortunately knew some friends in that line of work who could repair the machine the next day. Place one bomb inside the broken machine. Then conveniently notice some other damaged equipment that is in need of additional repairs and...replacement parts. Is that clear enough?
Once you're finished, contact me on this frequency to let me know the job is done. I'll handle things from there.
[He's almost done talking, but there's one more thing he needs to add.]
Also, you may wish to disguise your identity. I can't promise that no one will remember the repairman tinkering with the machines the day before they exploded.

Sounds like it will require quite a performance.
You don't need to worry. Everything will go as planned.

[He's pretty much biting his tongue to avoid throwing in a "for your sake." at the end of that sentence.]
