43 | Private Audio/Video for Team Rocket
[After spending the past few days working through his files and finally learning how the Pokegear version of Caller ID works, Cobra Commander is ready to present his findings. So around this time, he'll be sending out an audio broadcast on the Rocket only channel.]

The following is a list of targets and my recommendations as to what should be done about them.

High Priority Targets (These targets are believed to be an immediate threat to any plans. They should be eliminated on sight unless otherwise noted.):
-The two who disabled the bombs. One goes by the name of Athrun Zala. The other is named Shinn Asuka.
-Lightning Farron: Has apparently threatened Team Rocket. May or may not be working with a group. Verify whether she is or not before eliminating.
-Roy Mustang: Opposed the Magnet Train operation. Military experience. Possesses all eight badges. Approach with extreme caution.
Others Worthy of Investigation:
-Minnie Mouse
-Crow Hogan
-Isaac McDougal
-Emmy Altava
Once again these are only my recommendations, but if someone were to act on these, by all means go right ahead.

... First I was seeing of group was through post by boy called Ventus- he is the one I conversed with at any rate. He knew very little about us, our base of operations or our next moves, and as far as can tell from all out little skirmishes they are still very much in darkness as to our proceedings. However, I imagine they now filter their conversations, much like we are right now.
However, I know of one person who has made their affiliation obvious to me. I would like to try and get more information out of them, if I am able.

You do not touch her unless there is no other way to pass over her- she is far less trouble healthy and happy than she is injured and upset.

While she is no fighter, she is friendly with just about everyone in Johto that will give her time of day. She has many allies this way, many powerful allies. Striking her down will result in nothing but our inevitable manhunt.
This group has not started looking for us yet- let us not rush at their queen before we set up checkmate.
Take her off the list for now, and I promise you I will get you information. If I do not, then feel free to take vengeance on my person in whatever way sees fit.
