[After spending the past few days working through his files and finally learning how the Pokegear version of Caller ID works, Cobra Commander is ready to present his findings. So around this time, he'll be sending out an audio broadcast on the Rocket only channel.]

The following is a list of targets and my recommendations as to what should be done about them.

High Priority Targets (These targets are believed to be an immediate threat to any plans. They should be eliminated on sight unless otherwise noted.):
-The two who disabled the bombs. One goes by the name of Athrun Zala. The other is named Shinn Asuka.
-Lightning Farron: Has apparently threatened Team Rocket. May or may not be working with a group. Verify whether she is or not before eliminating.
-Roy Mustang: Opposed the Magnet Train operation. Military experience. Possesses all eight badges. Approach with extreme caution.

Others Worthy of Investigation:
-Minnie Mouse
-Crow Hogan
-Isaac McDougal
-Emmy Altava


Once again these are only my recommendations, but if someone were to act on these, by all means go right ahead.

Either way, the video feed will come up easily; Descole isn't exactly in the shot - it's more like his shoulder and maybe half his still-masked face, because he still hasn't learned How Not To Hipster Angle, but it's definitely within the labs, judging by the lighting and the background. He's working on something, judging from the soft metallic sounds near the 'Gear, but whatever it is, it's not within view of the camera.

His voice is calm when he speaks, however. Easy.]

And am I to assume you got this list of names through personal experiences with them, or do we have someone else to thank for this?

Both. Most if it comes from the data I've collected from my various ssschemes, but some of the names were supplied by your fellow Grunts.

I'm actually curious about exactly where you got one of those names - you see, Emmy Altava is a bit of a...rival of mine, you could say. What has she done to be on that list of yours; has she aggravated you personally, or has she been causing problems for your informants?

Remove her from that list at once, Cobra Commander. Minnie is the most harmless individual I know. And I can vouch that the Team's past attempts at terrorizing her to inhibit her obtrusion have been more than sufficient.

I have investigated sufficiently, Cobra Commander. While she does have a way with people, I am absolutely certain that she will not use that talent of hers against the Team in the foreseeable future.

Good question! The answer is not necessarily. Physical elimination is certainly one way to do it, but from what I've heard, useless. However, forcing them to be hospitalized is one way to remove them from the situation. As is making it...in their best interests to not pursue Team Rocket.

If I had to guess, I'd say he was calling in from Cianwood. If I had to guess, I would sssay that Ms. Farron is probably around Goldenrod City sssomewhere. She made it clear that she was attempting to track me.
