[After spending the past few days working through his files and finally learning how the Pokegear version of Caller ID works, Cobra Commander is ready to present his findings. So around this time, he'll be sending out an audio broadcast on the Rocket only channel.]

The following is a list of targets and my recommendations as to what should be done about them.

High Priority Targets (These targets are believed to be an immediate threat to any plans. They should be eliminated on sight unless otherwise noted.):
-The two who disabled the bombs. One goes by the name of Athrun Zala. The other is named Shinn Asuka.
-Lightning Farron: Has apparently threatened Team Rocket. May or may not be working with a group. Verify whether she is or not before eliminating.
-Roy Mustang: Opposed the Magnet Train operation. Military experience. Possesses all eight badges. Approach with extreme caution.

Others Worthy of Investigation:
-Minnie Mouse
-Crow Hogan
-Isaac McDougal
-Emmy Altava

Once again these are only my recommendations, but if someone were to act on these, by all means go right ahead.

[Gorthan appears on the Video feed. He's trying to appear composed, but a dark rage lurks within his eyes. He's in his room at Headquarters, because he really doesn't want anyone else to see this.]

I have investigated sufficiently, Cobra Commander. While she does have a way with people, I am absolutely certain that she will not use that talent of hers against the Team in the foreseeable future.

Obvioussssly you did not investigate thoroughly enough! Otherwise you would know that she has threatened to organize against Team Rocket!

[Okay so it was against him and less a threat so much as it was predicting what would happen, but still. Plus, with Ivan's intel...sorry Gorthan, he's not budging on this one.]

Besides, another Rocket has already volunteered to do a much more thorough investigation of her and any threat she may or may not possess to the organization!

I still recommend that you remove her from the list. Her weak spots are for all to see, and remarkably easy to exploit. I'm sure that I and this other Rocket, whoever they are, will be sufficient to keep her at bay, should she prove a threat once again. Which she will not - again, our history with her has inhibited her sufficiently.

[He could, but he's not going to. Not only because he feels Ivan's more than capable of handling things on his own, but because he's not exactly sure what to think about Gorthan. After the Ecruteak incident and hearing from Archer about a traitor, he's a little suspicious.]

No so fast, Gorthan. I have a question to ask you. It has recently come to my attention that there may be someone in the Team whose...how shall I put this? Whose loyalties lie elsewhere.

Do you know anything about that? Have you sssseen or heard about anyone acting strangely? Anything out of the ordinary you've noticed?

I know of that mole we used to have, that... Dick Grayson, I believe. But he was dealt with, as I am sure you know.

More recently, there is nothing unusual I have noticed about anyone. Then again, you must keep in mind that I was away from headquarters for a few weeks. But I will, as the phrase is, "keep my eyes peeled", if that is what you wish. Who do you suspect the traitor is?
