I’ve recently been transferred to Vermillion City to oversssee Team Rocket’s ssshipping concerns. In addition to that, I have been conducting ssssurvelliance on an individual in thisss city! Surveillance that I believe will be well worth the time invested when it’s finished! And that's all you need to know for now!

We are the highest-ranking members directly under the Commandant in the Oracle Knights, the most important military faction in my world. There are six of us, though I am the only one present here.

You'll find that there are a number of military men working for Team Rocket, but your assessment is correct. None of them are part of these Oracle Knights. I can't recall there ever being anyone claiming to have been a part of sssomething like that in my time here.

Quite a long time. I'm one of the few individuals who have been ssstuck here for over two years!

And preparing for a long ssstay is definitely the best course of action. Luckily, it's rather easy to do ssso thanks to our bases.

Access to laboratories is also something I quite like, since I haven't heard of many others existing outside of here.

That's true, you definitely won't find much like our bases out there, but you sssstill might be forced to travel.

I am fine with that. There are Pokemon far outside Goldenrod that I would like to obtain at some point.

Magnemite is one in particular that I would enjoy owning and experimenting with. Beldum is another. Mechanical Pokemon are of great interest to me.

I ssssee. You may want to visit the Power Plant if you're ever in Kanto. I'd imagine there'd be ssssome there.

I believe it's about a week's worth of travel from here. Unfortunately sssince I haven't personally traveled to that location, I don't know the exact distance.

Oh, how dreadful. I am going to have to get a travel Pokemon as soon as possible.

You may also want to invest in a Flying-Type, though it will be quite sssome time before it can carry you around Johto.
