[By now everything should be in place. All the bombs should have been planted and the package should be en route to or already in Ecruteak. So with everything ready and zero chance of failure, the Commander begins the video, showing himself sitting in the giant oversized snake throne he received for Christmas.]
Before I begin, I would like to clear up a misssconception from my last attack. That being the idea that I am without allies. What I have done today I could not have done alone. I’ll leave it to you people to figure out who could have helped me with sssssuch a thing.
And what thing is that you ask? It’s sssimple really. I said that if my demands weren’t met, there would be more attacks, and they definitely were not meant. And thissss is no gas attack, no this is something worse. Much worse!
[The Commander gets up and grabs something from off camera, before sitting down again. After taking his seat, he holds it up to the camera. It’s a very ordinary looking remote.]
A ssssingle use of this remote will detonate the bombs my associates have placed in the Game Corner unless my demands are met! Cede Cianwood City to me and place a bag with one million dollars the HM for Fly on the roof of the Department Store within the next 24 hours or your precioussss casino gets reduced to rubble!
[The Commander starts laughing, only to stop after a minute and point his finger towards the camera.]
And to those of you who think you’ll stop me, don’t even try it! Not if you value your lives! As we ssspeak one of you is about to be dealt with! And he doesn't even know it! Sssso stay away from the Game Corner or you’ll be next!

Are you working with Team Rocket, or is this something you're doing on your own? I was hoping this Team Rocket business would get interesting, but so far I've seen nothing.
[He's attempting to be careful not to reveal his affiliation - but if you've been in the labs down there, Cobra, you should recognize the background in the video.]
Do you think you'll get away with this? I mean if you do blow up the casino. I imagine it would be difficult. To escape from Goldenrod after a stunt like that. Oh, but of course you're not in the city, right? Right, of course. That would be ridiculous.
[What is this moving around thing anyway? He's still not used to it.]

And no, I did not create the explosives. We happen to have sssome highly talented bomb makers among our ranks. As to how, I’ll escape from Goldenrod…I’m not going to! I’m right here in the base! And they’ll never find me! Isn’t that brilliant?

Oh, excellent! They don't know about the base here, so of course they wouldn't go looking for you here! They'll comb the Routes and surrounding cities in search of you - and those who have Fly will go elsewhere! Brilliant! Magnificent! What an excellent plan!

It sounds like you're quite experienced with all this! Have you done something like this before here? Or back home? I'm assuming it would be something common-place for you back home - where are you from anyway?

Oh, it was quite sssimple. You sssee in my world, Cobra keeps tabs on the world's greatest scientists, just in case we need to...appropriate their discoveries! My sources discovered that a researcher by the name of Dr. Massey had developed a device that could clone animals from pre-existing DNA! At the ssssame time, we also discovered that some unfossilized dinosaur bones had recently been uncovered by an archeology project! To make things even better, the same doctor had developed a serum to accelerate the growth of the clones! From there, it was sssimply a matter of retrieving the device and the bones, and having an undercover Cobra agent deliver the doctor to me! Once he arrived, it was rather easy to convince Dr. Massey that working for Cobra was in his best interests!
Now I'm sssure you're wondering how my organization was able to control the newly cloned dinosaurs. The answer is sssimple! We brainwashed them!
[Not like he can do any of that here, but he still likes to brag.]

That's... That's incredible! What else have you done? What other scientific feats have you accomplished? This organization - Cobra, you said? - sounds amazing! I'd be honored to work for an organization capable of such things!
[A pause.]
What all did you do with the dinosaurs? Just have them rampage? How much havoc did you wreak? How powerful were they? Were they as large as the scientists have claimed? What all can you tell me about them?

[He'll file that away for now. He's always looking for people who are loyal to him and him alone.]
What haven't we done? Controlled the world's animals, made the weather obey my every whim, teleported soldiers across the globe, yanked the Northern Lights out of the sky, crippled the American economy, I could go on and on!
[And he would if it wasn't for the barrage of questions.]
I had them used as bargaining tools! Simply put, I told the world that if I did not receive what I wanted, I would unleash an army of dinosaurs on every nation on earth! As to what they looked like, about the same as they do in movies and books.
