[After spending the past few days working through his files and finally learning how the Pokegear version of Caller ID works, Cobra Commander is ready to present his findings. So around this time, he'll be sending out an audio broadcast on the Rocket only channel.]

The following is a list of targets and my recommendations as to what should be done about them.

High Priority Targets (These targets are believed to be an immediate threat to any plans. They should be eliminated on sight unless otherwise noted.):
-The two who disabled the bombs. One goes by the name of Athrun Zala. The other is named Shinn Asuka.
-Lightning Farron: Has apparently threatened Team Rocket. May or may not be working with a group. Verify whether she is or not before eliminating.
-Roy Mustang: Opposed the Magnet Train operation. Military experience. Possesses all eight badges. Approach with extreme caution.

Others Worthy of Investigation:
-Minnie Mouse
-Crow Hogan
-Isaac McDougal
-Emmy Altava

Once again these are only my recommendations, but if someone were to act on these, by all means go right ahead.

[And now that he actually looks at the Gear, he sees...well, he's really not sure what he's seeing because he can't recall a time when anyone's ever made a face quite like that towards him. Usually it's varying degrees of neutral or anger. It's certainly something else, that's for sure.]

[There's some definite hesitation on the word appreciate. That's his first guess as to what that face means.]

[Gah, that face again. He's glad his expression of confusion isn't visible. Along with the slight creeped out feeling it gives off.]

Mr. Hughes has requested dealing with Mustang.
Ivan has requested Minnie Mouse.
Mr. Descole requested Ms. Altava.

Of course, none of them have any idea I'm sharing this information with you, and I would prefer to keep it that way. Understood?

[Well, at the very least that's gotten his expression to shift a great deal; it's gone from...whatever that mildly demented smiling was right into irritation. That's probably a new record, honestly.]

[Whatever caused that Incredibly Flat What, however, he seems rather content to keep it to himself; he recovers quickly enough.]

And what sort of information would you require on the others?

The information requested on Ms. Farron, threat analyses on Mr. McDougal and Mr. Hogan, as well as their last known whereabouts and which locations in Johto they tend to frequent.

I can get you any information you require regarding Isaac McDougal - I may not have made this entirely plain to you before, but you could say that we're...rather close.

[Let's not get into exactly how close, because that's just awkward.]

As for the rest, it's nothing that will prove to be a concern; there are things to follow up on, that's all.

Quite a bit, actually.

How soon can you provide the information on McDougal?

Well, in terms of threat analysis, he generally won't attack unless severely provoked - however, he's not exactly socially normal, and what he considers provocation tends to be rather different from what most would think. Admittedly, it's in a way that aids us rather than hinders; he hardly has a hair-trigger temper, from what I know of him, and he's very easy to read, at least around me.

I will warn you that once he decides to act, he has a tendency to do literally anything that he believes is required; we're both from the same world of origin, you see, so I've seen him fight. On at least one occasion he's made weapons out of his own blood; the last time I saw him back home, he was trying to talk me into destroying the capital city of our country simply to kill one man.

He's also going to be rather difficult to track down if he moves - he's been keeping in frequent contact with me recently due to some developments, but he dislikes staying within the cities; he prefers to remain on the routes, where he's decidedly more difficult to find.

He made a weapon out of his own blood? He can't do that here can he?

[He wants no part of that. None whatsoever. The only thing like that back home is his boss's blood, and that's apparently one of the most poisonous things in his world.]

Perhaps I should let you handle him! After all, if he already trusts you, dealing with him should be easy if he becomes a problem!

Don't worry, he's incapable of it here; things like that require an ability that Johto didn't allow him to keep, there isn't anything particularly strange about his blood itself.
