[For once the feed isn’t focused on the Commander at all. Instead he has it turned toward the Goldenrod City Gym, which is currently sporting a relatively solid layer of ice over its doors.]

Excellent work Ice-Viper! Now they’ll never escape! Never!

[After some evil laughter, the Commander turns the camera towards his face.]

Johto! Consider this the first example of what my forces can do! And trust me, there will be others! Don’t even think about trying to capture me either or I’ll deal with you too!

[The feed clicks off after the final threat. He doesn’t want anyone to see where he’s going next.]

{OOC: Since he's trying his hardest to get away with this, the Commander also had Spikes scattered north of Goldenrod to try and discourage anyone from following. Which, like everything else he does in Johto, should be nothing more than a minor inconvenience.

That's fascinating. I'm Colonel Frank Archer of the Amestrian military. It's a pleasure to meet you. Though... [There's a short pause where he looks genuinely amused,] I do believe you'll need an awful amount of luck to conquer the world, especially in a strange place such as this.

I've never heard of the Amestrian military either! But I'm warning you now, don't even think about trying to stop me!

Freezing the doors to these... "gyms" certainly doesn't seem to be the right one, then.

I assure you, you have nothing to fear. The military doesn't exist here - this isn't exactly Amestris. There's no reason to try to stop you, not when what you're doing is amusing.

Of course it's not the right one. I'm sssstill working on the right one. And once it's complete the world will be mine!

There's no guarantee you can utilize anything in this world back in your own, though. It might take a good amount of time to successfully conquer this world; what would happen in your own?

Probably little of importance. In my world, my enemies aren't ruthless enough to wipe out my organization, and my forces wouldn't be capable of wiping them out without their commander leading the charge!

What weaponry did I use? A better question would be "what weapons haven't I used?" Cobra ssscientists aren't forced to follow the laws of most countries, ssssso we've been able to develop tons of advanced weaponry! Things that the world hasn't even thought of, let alone knows how to defend against yet!

[And yet he still loses.]

As far as my sssstrategies go, I'd prefer not to disclose them to a complete stranger. I will say this though, I almost never attempt the same tactic twice. I've found that the best way to keep my foes off guard is to be as unpredictable as posssssible!

[Which still ends in him fleeing the battlefield.]

As far as how close I am, probably no more than a few weeks at the most!

Well...destructive technology and brilliant strategies are only half the battle. My subordinates often leave a lot to be desired. That applies to back home and Johto!

I have! Though not as many as back home! As you'll sssssoon see, not everyone who enters Johto stays for very long!

I haven't heard anything about that. If someone had challenged them, I'm ssssure I would have heard of it by now!
